Our Mission:

The Michael F. Colini Foundation was created in Michael’s memory after tragically passed away in a jet-skiing accident in 2017.  Michael attended Monsigonor Farrell High School in Staten Island, graduating in 2008.  Michael was a true believer in the school’s motto "Vir Fidelis" (Faithful Men). 

Michael’s other passion was baseball.  Michael started playing at a young age at Staten Island Little League.  After aging out, he continued to volunteer his time as an umpire and coaching his younger brothers.  Because of his strong faith in his High School education, and his devotion to Little League Baseball, we felt no better way to keep Michael’s memory alive than to award a young man a Scholarship to Monsignor Farrell in Michael’s name, and the foundation will offer young children a chance to participate in Little League sports,  who may not be able to afford to do so.
